Previously called the TOKYO Princess Of Princess Championship (TOKYOプリンセス・オブ・プリンセス王座) from 2016 to 2019.

The 1st generation belt used from 2016 to 2019.

Plans for a singles championship in Tokyo Joshi Pro began to take shape in October 2015. It wasn’t until January 2016 when it was officially named the TOKYO Princess Of Princess Championship. The first champion was crowned at Tokyo Joshi’s first show held in Korakuen Hall. The “TOKYO” part of the title’s name was dropped in July 2019 as part of the promotion’s plans to expand their global presence. A redesigned “2nd generation” title belt replaced the original on September 2019.
